Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the result. Moreno Valley Residents Directory does not keep a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them to respond to the request.
Ordinary Technical Logs
Hosting may record routine server information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time stamps. The information is reviewed in aggregate to maintain the service and understand which Moreno Valley reference pages are used. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Those limited data points help operate the pages, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve the reference. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual user profiles are not built from these records.
External Portals and Collections
Links may lead to Moreno Valley or Riverside County records services, California state portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search tools. The receiving service's privacy policy governs what is submitted there, not this policy. Sponsored search results are supplied by a separate third party with its own practices.
Who May Process It
Hosting and technical service providers may process server logs while supporting the reference. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Disclosure may also occur when valid legal process requires it, and otherwise is limited to operating the service.
Security and Retention
The connection is encrypted, and logs are retained only for as long as the purposes above require. Because the reference has no user accounts, it does not hold a password or account profile that could be exposed.
People Under 18
Moreno Valley Residents Directory is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, use the Contact page and we will remove what we can identify.
California Privacy Choices
For personal information within its scope, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, Civil Code section 1798.100 et seq., provide rights that can include knowing, deleting subject to exceptions, correcting, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting sensitive personal information, and avoiding discrimination for exercising a right. Because this reference keeps very little, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable server logs, then removing information within our control. Use the Contact page to ask.
The California DROP/Delete Act, Civil Code sections 1798.99.80 et seq., creates a one-request route for registered data brokers; it does not make this reference site the custodian of broker, city, county, court, or state records. Publicly available government property or address information may also fall outside deletion duties. Requests under the California Public Records Act, Government Code sections 7920.000-7931.000, including the initial determination rule in section 7922.535, belong with the record-holding office. Safe at Home, Government Code sections 6205-6216, protects eligible participants through substitute addresses and confidential voter registration. Do not use a lookup, privacy request, or public-record lead to stalk, harass, bypass a protective order, or defeat Safe at Home protections.
Policy Changes
Revisions will be posted here with the updated policy text. Continued use of the reference after a revision indicates acceptance of the new version.
